1. Introduction

Veyra AI ("Veyra", "we", "our", or "us") provides AI-powered career tools including resume analysis, resume tailoring, interview preparation, job tracking, and career assistance.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide when creating an account or using our services, including your name, email address, resume information, career information, job application data, and other information you choose to provide.

3. Google Account Information

If you connect a Google account, Veyra may access only the Google services and data that you authorize for specific product features, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive metadata.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing functionality that you request, such as displaying career-related email information, helping draft or send email, identifying calendar-worthy career events, displaying calendar events, and displaying Google Drive file metadata.

Veyra accesses Google Drive file metadata only through its current Drive integration. Veyra does not download or read Google Drive file contents.

4. How We Use Information

Information that you provide directly to Veyra may be used to provide, maintain, personalize, and improve Veyra's features, including career recommendations, resume analysis, interview preparation, and job tracking.

Google user data is handled separately: it is used only as necessary to provide or improve the specific user-facing Google-connected functionality that you request. We do not use Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

5. Google User Data

Veyra AI's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google Workspace API data to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

When a user requests an AI-assisted feature that requires Google Workspace data, Veyra may send only the data needed to perform that requested feature to an AI processing service acting as a service provider. Such processing is limited to providing the requested application functionality and is not permitted for generalized model training.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Third-Party Services

Veyra may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, email delivery, databases, and other infrastructure necessary to provide the service.

Veyra currently uses the OpenAI API for certain AI-assisted features. Where a requested feature requires Google Workspace data to be processed by this service, the data is transmitted only for that requested functionality. Veyra does not authorize Google Workspace API data to be used by the AI provider to train or improve generalized or foundational models.

8. Your Choices

You may disconnect integrations or stop using Veyra at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
